EU Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)($3.99 Fee) Read Carefully

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the last item in your order.

Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. You may do so by submitting a withdrawal request through your Customer Account:  https://account.southcrown.store

Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the returned goods, including the standard cost of delivery (where required by applicable law), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may reduce the amount of the refund if the value of the goods has diminished as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, as permitted by applicable law.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Where our return label or return service is used, a return shipping fee of USD $3.99 will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellations Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they have been dispatched by submitting a cancellation request through your customer account. If an order has already been dispatched, you may still exercise your statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with this policy.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where exemptions permitted by applicable law apply, including, but not limited to:

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.

• Digital content supplied in a non-tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

• Any other goods or services are exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.
